이스라엘이 팔레스타인 서안지구 전역에 대한 봉쇄를 강화하고, 헤브론에서 대규모 군사작전을 벌이고 있습니다. 네타냐후는 지난 10월 23일 이스라엘 군인 두 명이 사망한 사건을 구실로 헤브론을 봉쇄하고 주민들을 집에서 내쫓고 주택과 상점, 도로를 파괴하고 있습니다. 3,100명 넘는 팔레스타인인들이 피란했고, 이스라엘군은 쫓아낸 주택을 군사 거점으로 사용하고 있습니다.
서안지구 곳곳에서 검문소 봉쇄와 체포, 이스라엘 정착자들의 공격이 이어지고 있습니다. 지난해 제닌과 툴카름 등에서 강제로 쫓겨난 4만 명 넘는 주민 중 상당수도 아직 돌아가지 못했습니다. 이는 팔레스타인인들을 내쫓고 땅을 빼앗아 온 이스라엘의 식민 점령 정책의 연장입니다.
가자지구에서는 기근 재발 우려가 커지고 있습니다. 일부 수입 식품이 들어오지만 우유·달걀·고기 등 영양가 있는 식품은 턱없이 부족하고 가격도 비쌉니다. 집과 생계를 잃은 주민들은 식품을 살 돈조차 없습니다. 이스라엘은 물자 반입과 농업용 종자·비료 반입을 통제하고 어업도 제한하고 있습니다. 세계식량계획은 자금 부족으로 식량 지원을 3분의 1 줄이겠다고 발표했습니다.
이스라엘의 공격으로 상수도와 담수화시설도 파괴됐고, 연료와 수리 장비 부족으로 복구가 어렵습니다. 식수 부족은 질병 확산으로 이어지고 있습니다. 휴전 이후에도 이스라엘의 봉쇄와 물자 통제는 팔레스타인인들의 생존을 위협하고 있습니다.
세계 113개 항만에서 이스라엘의 전쟁과 학살에 맞선 국제 공동행동!
“항만노동자들은 죽음을 운송하지 않는다!”
이런 가운데 전 세계 항만노동자들이 이스라엘의 전쟁과 군수품 운송에 맞서 공동행동에 나섰습니다. 10월 30일, 22개국 113개 항만에서 파업과 시위, 연대행동이 열렸습니다. 이탈리아·프랑스·그리스·튀르키예·모로코를 비롯해 독일, 인도, 미국, 오스트레일리아 등에서 25개 이상의 노동조합이 참여하거나 지지를 표명했습니다.
항만노동자들은 이스라엘로 향하는 무기와 군사장비의 선적·하역을 거부하고, 항만을 전쟁 물류의 거점으로 사용하지 말라고 요구했습니다. 임금과 노동조건 개선, 자동화에 따른 일자리 위협에 반대하는 요구도 내걸었습니다. 이번 행동은 개별 항만의 무기 선적 거부를 국제적 공동행동으로 확대하려는 것입니다.
항만은 무기와 군수품이 이동하는 핵심 통로입니다. 항만노동자들이 작업을 멈추고 무기 운송을 거부하면 전쟁 수행에 직접적인 차질을 줄 수 있습니다. 주최 측은 약 4만 개의 컨테이너 운송이 지연될 가능성이 있다고 추산했습니다. 이번 행동은 팔레스타인 연대가 거리 시위를 넘어 전쟁과 학살을 뒷받침하는 물류·생산 현장의 집단행동으로 발전할 수 있음을 보여 줍니다.
한국 정부도 이스라엘에 대한 무기 수출을 즉각 중단하고 이스라엘과의 모든 관계를 단절해야 합니다. 호르무즈 해협에 한국군을 파병하려는 계획도 트럼프와 네타냐후의 전쟁과 학살을 지원하는 것이므로 당장 중단해야 합니다.

Solidarity with Palestinians!
Israel has tightened its blockade of the occupied West Bank and launched a major military operation in Hebron. Using the deaths of two Israeli soldiers on 23 October as a pretext, Netanyahu ordered the city sealed off. Israeli forces have expelled residents and destroyed homes, shops and roads. Over 3,100 Palestinians have been displaced, and their homes are being used as military posts.
Checkpoint closures, arrests and settler attacks continue across the West Bank. Many of the 40,000 Palestinians displaced from Jenin, Tulkarm and elsewhere last year still cannot return. This is part of Israel’s longstanding colonial policy of expelling Palestinians and seizing their land.
Gaza faces renewed famine. Nutritious foods such as milk, eggs and meat remain scarce and expensive, while families who have lost their livelihoods cannot afford them. Israel continues to restrict supplies, agricultural materials and fishing. United Nations World Food Programme has announced a one-third cut in food aid due to funding shortages.
Israeli attacks have destroyed water and desalination facilities, while shortages of fuel and equipment obstruct repairs. Unsafe water is spreading disease. Even after the ceasefire, Israel’s blockade continues to threaten Palestinian lives.
Global Action Against Israel’s War and Massacres at 113 Ports Worldwide!
“Dockworkers Do Not Ship Death!”
On 30 October, strikes, protests and solidarity actions took place at 113 ports across 22 countries. More than 25 trade unions in Italy, France, Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Germany, India, the US, Australia and elsewhere joined or expressed support.
Dockworkers are refusing to load or unload weapons and military equipment bound for Israel and demanding that ports not be used for war logistics. They are also fighting for better pay and conditions and against job losses from automation. The action aims to turn local refusals to handle arms into coordinated global resistance.
Ports are crucial to transporting weapons and military supplies. By stopping work and refusing arms shipments, dockworkers can disrupt the war effort. Organisers estimated that around 40,000 containers could be delayed. This action shows how solidarity with Palestine can grow beyond street protests into collective action in the industries that sustain war and massacres.
South Korea must immediately stop arms exports to Israel and sever all ties with it. Plans to deploy South Korean troops to the Strait of Hormuz would support Trump’s and Netanyahu’s wars and must be abandoned.
