가자 인종학살이 시작된 지 3년이 지났지만 학살은 끝나지 않았습니다. 지난해 휴전 합의에도 이스라엘의 공격은 계속되고, 구호품과 재건 물자 반입 제한으로 기아와 질병이 심각합니다. 가자지구 주민 약 210만 명 중 190만 명이 피란민이 됐고, 수많은 사람들이 천막에서 생활하고 있습니다. 새 학기를 맞은 어린이들은 무너진 학교 대신 천막 교실에서 공부합니다. 서안지구도 이스라엘의 군사 공격과 정착촌 확대, 팔레스타인인 강제 추방이 계속되고 있습니다.
이스라엘의 공격은 팔레스타인을 넘어 레바논으로 이어졌고, 미국과 함께 이란을 상대로도 전쟁을 벌였습니다. 이 전쟁들은 중동 곳곳에 더 큰 죽음과 파괴를 가져왔습니다. 그러나 미국과 서방 정부들은 이스라엘에 무기를 공급하고 정치·외교적으로 비호하면서 자국의 군비도 증강하고 있습니다. 가자 인종학살을 끝내려면 이를 뒷받침하는 더 광범한 전쟁과 군사 개입에도 반대해야 합니다.
한국 정부도 책임에서 자유롭지 않습니다. 국민연금공단과 한국투자공사는 이스라엘 무기업체와 채권 등에 투자하고 있습니다. 정부는 이스라엘과의 군사·경제 협력을 중단하고, 투자도 철회해야 합니다. 또한 호르무즈 해협에 한국군 파병을 추진하며 미국이 중동에서 벌이는 전쟁에 개입해서는 안 됩니다.
우리의 행진은 세계적인 연대 행동의 일부
지난해 이탈리아 노동자들은 팔레스타인 연대 총파업에 나섰습니다. 지금 프랑스에서는 교육 예산 확충을 요구하며 격렬한 시위가 벌어지고 있습니다. 유럽 곳곳에서 청년·학생·노동자들이 “군비가 아니라 복지를!”을 외치며 군비 증강과 전쟁 지원에 반대하고 있습니다. 10월 30일에는 지중해 여러 나라 항만 노동자들이 팔레스타인 연대 공동 행동을 준비하고 있습니다.
우리는 가자 인종학살 3년을 맞아 세계 곳곳에서 행동하는 사람들과 함께 오늘 거리로 나왔습니다. 이스라엘의 인종학살과 점령을 끝내고, 팔레스타인 해방을 위한 국제적 연대를 더욱 크게 만들어 갑시다! 또 한국 정부가 트럼프의 전쟁에 참전하려는 것에 반대합시다!

3 Years of Genocide in Gaza – Stop Genocide & Occupation Through Resistance & Global Solidarity!
Three years after the genocide in Gaza began, the killing continues. Despite last year’s ceasefire agreement, Israeli attacks persist, while restrictions on aid and reconstruction supplies have worsened hunger and disease. Some 1.9 million of Gaza’s 2.1 million residents have been displaced, many now living in tents. As the new school year begins, children study in makeshift tent classrooms instead of schools destroyed by Israel. In the West Bank, Israeli military attacks, settlement expansion and forced displacement continue.
Israel’s attacks have extended beyond Palestine, including strikes on Lebanon and war against Iran alongside the US. These wars have brought further death and destruction across the region. Yet the US and other Western governments continue to arm and politically back Israel while increasing their own military spending. Ending the genocide in Gaza also means opposing the wider wars and military intervention that sustain it.
The South Korean government also bears responsibility. The National Pension Service and Korea Investment Corporation hold investments in Israeli arms companies and bonds. The government must divest and end military and economic cooperation with Israel. It must not send Korean troops to the Strait of Hormuz or join US wars in the Middle East.
Our March Is Part of a Global Solidarity Movement
Last year, Italian workers held a general strike in solidarity with Palestine. In France, mass protests are demanding more education funding. Across Europe, young people, students and workers are opposing military build-ups and support for war, demanding “Welfare, not warfare!” On 30 October, dockworkers in several Mediterranean countries are preparing coordinated action in solidarity with Palestine.
Today, three years into the genocide in Gaza, we have taken to the streets alongside people around the world. Let’s build stronger international solidarity to end Israel’s genocide and occupation and achieve Palestinian liberation! Let’s also oppose the South Korean government’s involvement in Trump’s wars!
