홍대 거리에서 만난 따뜻한 연대의 순간들 
연휴 첫날인 지난 7월 17일, ‘팔레스타인인들과 연대하는 사람들’은 자원봉사자, 지역 주민들과 함께 활기찬 홍대입구역 거리로 나섰습니다.
사진전과 리플릿, 연설을 통해 가자지구의 비극적인 현실(아동 표적 살해, 기근 등)을 알리며 연대를 호소했습니다. 
감사하게도 정말 많은 분들이 이 목소리에 귀 기울여 주셨습니다. 리플릿과 팻말에 관심을 표하고, 응원의 제스처와 소중한 후원까지… 
따뜻한 화답 덕분에 참가자 모두 시간 가는 줄 모르고 캠페인을 이어갔습니다
뭉클한 순간들도 있었습니다.
“이스라엘의 잔혹함에 늘 분노해 왔지만, 한국이 무기 수출을 하고 있는 줄은 몰랐어요!”
“바캉스 온 한국에서 연대 활동을 마주쳐서 정말 반가워요.”
번역기를 통해 “진실을 알리려는 여러분들의 행동이 대단합니다, 지지합니다!” 응원 메시지들을 보여 준 여러 분들까지!
가자에서 끔찍한 전쟁 범죄가 시작된 지 1000일이 넘어가고 있습니다. 이스라엘 감옥에 갇힌 팔레스타인인 수감자들은 비인간적 대우 속에 고통받고 있습니다. 우리의 행동이 변화의 씨앗입니다. 다가오는 7월 25일, 제130차 집회와 행진에서 항의와 연대의 목소리를 모읍시다!

Heartwarming Moments of Solidarity on the Streets of Hongdae
On July 17th, the first day of the holiday weekend, “People in Solidarity with Palestinians” took to the lively streets of Seoul Hongdae Station along with volunteers and local residents.
Through a photo exhibition, leaflets, and speeches, we shared the tragic reality in Gaza (including targeted killings of children and severe famine) and called for solidarity.
We are so grateful to the many people who stopped to listen to our voices. From showing interest in our leaflets and signs to giving us gestures of support and generous donations… Thanks to these warm responses, all our participants completely lost track of time as we continued the campaign.
There were also some truly touching moments.
“I’ve always been angered by Israel’s brutality, but I had no idea South Korea was exporting weapons to them!”
“I’m on vacation in Korea, and I’m so glad to run into this solidarity campaign here.”
And to the many people who used translation apps to show us messages of support like, “Your efforts to share the truth are amazing!”
It has been over 1,000 days since these horrific war crimes began in Gaza. Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails continue to suffer under inhumane treatment. Our actions are the seeds of change. Let’s gather our voices in protest and solidarity at the 130th protest & march on July 25th!
