팔레스타인에서 도착한 편지
지난 6월 20일 팔레스타인 연대 집회에 연설을 보낸 두하 씨가 한국의 연대 운동 참가자들에게 편지를 보내며, 고마운 마음을 더 널리 전해 달라고 요청했습니다.
팔레스타인인들의 목소리가 한국에 더 널리 퍼질 수 있도록 앞으로도 많은 분이 함께해 주시기를 바랍니다.
“비가 오는 궂은 날씨에도 팔레스타인과 연대하고자 모인 많은 분께 제 메시지가 와닿았다는 것은 무척 큰 의미가 있습니다. 사람들이 발걸음을 멈추고 귀 기울여 준 것, 그리고 우리의 목소리가 먼 곳에 있는 분들의 마음에 닿았다는 사실은 극심한 시련을 견디는 우리에게 희망을 줍니다.
“연대를 향한 여러분의 모든 행동은 우리가 결코 혼자가 아님을 일깨워 줍니다. 팔레스타인을 향한 여러분의 변함없는 연대와 헌신에 진심으로 감사드립니다.
“이번 집회를 기획하고 참여하며 지지해 주신 모든 분께도 제 감사 인사를 꼭 전해 주시길 부탁드립니다.
“팔레스타인 곁에 서서 우리의 목소리가 전 세계에 계속 전해질 수 있도록 힘써 주셔서 다시 한번 감사드립니다.”
A Letter from Palestine
Duha, who sent a speech to the Palestine Solidarity Protest on 20 June, has written to participants in the solidarity movement in South Korea, asking them to help spread her message of gratitude more widely.
We hope that many more people will continue to join us so that the voices of the Palestinian people can be heard more widely in South Korea.
“It means a lot to know that my message was felt by so many people despite the rain to stand in solidarity with Palestine. Knowing that people stopped to listen and that our voices reached hearts so far away gives us hope during these incredibly difficult times.
“Every act of solidarity reminds us that we are not alone, and your continued commitment to solidarity with Palestine is sincerely appreciated.
“Please extend my gratitude to everyone who organized, participated in, and who supported the rally.
“Thank you again for standing with Palestine and for ensuring that our voices continue to be heard across the world.”
