“서울대학교의 유산은 자유와 민주주의를 위해 목숨을 걸고 희생한 학생들에 의해 세워졌습니다. 그 유산이 인종학살과 팔레스타인 교육의 체계적 파괴 혐의를 받는 국가를 정당화하는 데 이용되어서는 결코 안 됩니다.
당시 피억압자의 편에 섰던 이들은 오늘날 억압자의 편에 서지 않을 것입니다.
서울대의 역사를 존중하고, 그 가치를 수호하십시오. 이스라엘 교육연구센터를 폐쇄하십시오.”

🗣 Her message to the SNU administration:
“SNU’s legacy was built by students who risked and gave their lives for freedom and democracy. This legacy must never be used to legitimize a state accused of genocide and the systematic destruction of Palestinian education.
Those who stood with the oppressed then would not stand with the oppressor today.
Honor SNU’s history. Defend its values. Shut down the Israel Education Research Center.”
