2024년 6월 서울대 당국은 인종학살·전범 국가 이스라엘을 미화하는 “이스라엘 교육연구센터”를 개소했습니다. 이 센터는 주한 이스라엘 대사관이 공식 참여하고 있으며, 기독교 시온주의 단체로부터 자금을 지원받고 있습니다.
이 센터는 이스라엘이 “다문화주의”와 “평화”를 추구한다는 가당찮은 주장을 늘어놓으며 한국이 이스라엘의 교육을 본받아야 한다고 주장합니다. 서울대학교의 명망을 이용해 거짓 프로파간다를 전파하고 이스라엘을 미화하는 이 센터는 즉각 폐쇄되어야 합니다! 🏛❌

📌 More than 1,300 people have joined the petition campaign launched by SNU Soobak Seoul National University’s Palestine solidarity student group, together with other campus organizations, calling for the closure of the SNU Israel Education Research Center.
✉️ Message from Soobak
In June 2024, the SNU administration opened the “Israel Education Research Center”—a center that glorifies the genocidal and colonial entity ‘Israel’. The center involves the official participation of the Israeli Embassy and receives funding from a Christian Zionist organization.
This center makes claims that are completely at odds with the truth—namely, that Israel pursues “multiculturalism” and “peace”—and argues that South Korea should learn from Israel’s education system.
We cannot allow a center that exploits SNU’s prestige to spread false propaganda. This center must be shut down immediately! 🏛❌
