🔍 나크바란?
1948년, 시온주의자들은 팔레스타인 땅에 ‘이스라엘’ 국가를 세웠습니다. 그 과정에서 80만 명의 팔레스타인인들이 추방되거나 학살당했습니다. 이때 500개가 훌쩍 넘는 팔레스타인 마을과 도시가 파괴됐습니다.
팔레스타인인들은 이 날을 ‘나크바’라고 부릅니다. ‘나크바’는 아랍어로 대재앙이라는 뜻입니다.

🇵🇸 나크바 이전의 팔레스타인은 다양한 종교를 가진 팔레스타인인들이 친구이자 이웃으로 조화롭게 살아가던 활기찬 곳이었습니다.
⚠️ 나크바는 현재 진행형입니다.
이스라엘은 더 많은 팔레스타인인의 땅과 삶을 빼앗기 위해 인종학살, 강탈과 억압을 계속해왔습니다.
💔 2023년 10월 이후, 가자지구 내 8만 명 가까운 사람들이 이스라엘에 의해 학살 당하고, 부상자는 17만 명을 넘어섰습니다. 가자지구 전체 인구의 90% 이상이 강제 이주됐고, 5명 중 1명이 기아 위기에 처해있습니다. 이스라엘의 봉쇄로 식량과 의약품 등 구호품 반입이 막혔습니다. 유엔은 이미 “기근 임계치”에 도달했다고 진단했습니다.
🏚 이스라엘은 정착촌을 확대하며 서안지구 주민들을 몰아내고 있습니다. 이 과정에서 팔레스타인인들이 살해 당하거나 구금되고 있습니다.
🔥 이스라엘의 네타냐후와 미국의 트럼프는 나크바 프로젝트를 확대하려 중동을 위험에 빠뜨리고 있습니다. 미국과 이스라엘의 공격으로 사망한 이란인은 3000명이 넘고, 400곳이 넘는 의료 시설이 파괴됐습니다.
이스라엘은 레바논을 팔레스타인처럼 점령하려고 합니다. 3월 2일 이후 이스라엘의 레바논 공격으로 최소 2000명이 사망했고, 인구 600만 명도 되지 않는 레바논에서 약 120만 명이 피란민이 됐습니다.

🔍 What is the Nakba?
In 1948, Zionists established the state of Israel on Palestinian land. In the process, 800,000 Palestinians were expelled or massacred. More than 500 Palestinian towns and villages were destroyed. Palestinians call this day the “Nakba,” which means “catastrophe” in Arabic.
※ Zionism: A settler-colonial project and a project of ethnic cleansing against Palestinians
🇵🇸 Before the Nakba, Palestine was a vibrant place where Palestinians of different religions lived together as friends and neighbors.
⚠️ The Nakba did not end in 1948. Since then, Israel has continued GENOCIDE, dispossession, and oppression in order to steal more Palestinian land and lives.
💔 Since October 2023, nearly 80,000 people in Gaza have been massacred by Israel, and more than 170,000 have been injured. More than 90% of Gaza’s population has been forcibly displaced, and 1 in 5 people faces the threat of starvation. Israel’s blockade has prevented the entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid. The UN has warned that Gaza has reached the “famine threshold.”
🏚 Israel is expanding illegal settlements and forcing Palestinians out of their homes in the West Bank. Palestinians are being killed, arrested, and displaced in the process.
🔥 Netanyahu and Trump are expanding the Nakba project and pushing the Middle East into greater danger. More than 3,000 Iranians have been killed by U.S. and Israeli attacks, and more than 400 medical facilities have been destroyed.
Israel is attempting to occupy Lebanon just as it occupied Palestine. Since March 2, Israeli attacks on Lebanon have killed at least 2,000 people and displaced around 1.2 million people in a country of fewer than 6 million.
