🇵🇸 4월 25일 서울에서 열린 124차 ‘팔레스타인인들과 연대를’ 집회는 시민들의 큰 호응과 환대 속에서 치러졌습니다.
🗣 서안지구의 기자 @shaima.yousef17 샤이마 유세프 님의 음성메시지는 지금 팔레스타인인들이 처한 잔혹한 현실을 생생히 알렸습니다. 그럼에도 “존재 자체로 저항하는 한 민중”은 “정의가 늦어질 수는 있어도 결코 사라지지 않는다는 것을 믿는다”고 말해 참가자들에게 연대의 이유를 상기시켰습니다.
🏥 이서영 인도주의실천의사협의회 대외협력국장 님의 발언에 여러 번 박수가 이어졌습니다. 이스라엘로의 무기수출은 학살을 돕는 것이고 “가난하고 가진 것 없는 민중들부터 죽여나가고 있는 전방위적 학살자인 트럼프와 네타냐후를 규탄하는 목소리가 커지는 것만이 이 참극을 하루빨리 멈추는 길”이기에 연대 운동에 함께할 것을 호소했습니다.
🏫 고려대 팔레스타인 연대 동아리 쿠피예 @ku.fiya 박정훈 의장은 트럼프와 네타냐후를 향해 “대체 얼마나 더 많은 사람들을 희생시켜야 만족할 것인지, 가자에서, 이란에서, 레바논에서 수많은 인명을 희생시키고도 왜 그대들의 야욕은 채워지지 않는 것”이냐고 일갈하며 전쟁을 멈추고 한국 정부의 가담을 막기 위해서 싸우자고 호소했습니다.
🚫 이재명 정부가 말에 그치지 말고 행동에 나서야 하고, 무기 수출을 즉각 멈춰야 한다는 연설에 지나가던 시민들이 호응하고, 연대 굿즈를 구입하는 등 큰 호응을 체감했습니다. 행진 중에도 시민들의 응원과 환대는 더 크게 이어졌습니다.
🇵🇸 The 124th “Solidarity with Palestinians” Protest&March held in Seoul on April 25 was met with strong support and a warm response from the public.
🗣 An audio message from West Bank journalist Shaima Yousef vividly conveyed the brutal reality Palestinians are facing today. Even so, she emphasized that “people who resist simply by existing” believe that “justice may be delayed, but it will never disappear,” reminding participants why solidarity matters.
🏥 Speech by Lee Seoyoung, Director of External Cooperation at Association of Physicians for Humanism, was met with repeated applause. She stressed that arms exports to Israel amount to aiding massacres, and argued that “raising our voices to condemn mass killers like Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu—who are carrying out indiscriminate killings, starting with the poorest and most vulnerable—is the only way to bring this tragedy to an end as soon as possible,” calling on everyone to join the solidarity movement.
🏫 Park Jeonghoon, chair of the Korea Univ Palestine solidarity club “KUfiya,” denounced Trump and Netanyahu, asking, “How many more lives must be sacrificed before you are satisfied? After so many lives lost in Gaza, Iran, and Lebanon, why are your ambitions still not fulfilled?” He urged people to fight to stop the war and to prevent the Korean government from becoming complicit.
🚫 Calls for the Lee Jae-myung administration to move beyond words and take action—by immediately halting arms exports—resonated with passersby. Many people showed their support and purchased solidarity goods, and throughout the march, public encouragement and solidarity continued to grow stronger.
