학살 국가 이스라엘과의 협력 중단하라!
최근 유엔 특별조사관 알바네제의 폭로로 한국이 이스라엘의 학살∙점령과 무관하지 않음이 국제적으로 드러났습니다.
유엔 보고관은 최근 ‘가자 전쟁 지원, 불법 정착촌 관여 기업’ 60여 곳 명단을 공개했습니다. 여기에는 한국의 HD현대건설기계와 두산도 포함됐습니다. HD현대의 중장비는 10년 넘게 이스라엘이 요르단강 서안지구에 불법 정착촌을 짓는 데에 동원됐습니다. 2023년 10월 이후 이 장비들은 가자지구를 파괴하는 데에 쓰이고 있습니다. 인권 단체들의 관계 단절 요구는 전혀 수용되지 않고 있습니다.
잘 알려지지 않았지만 한국 정부·기업의 이스라엘 교류 역사는 오래 됐습니다. 이들이 교류하는 이스라엘의 소위 ‘첨단 기술’은 팔레스타인 감시·탄압·살해로 검증한 것들이 대부분이고 지금도 학살에 사용되고 있습니다. 이 같은 거래, 협력을 통해 이스라엘은 판매 대금을 벌 뿐 아니라 교역해도 괜찮을 ‘정상 국가’로 비쳐집니다. 서울대를 비롯한 여러 대학들도 학술 협력을 늘려 학생들의 비난에 직면해 있습니다.

한화: 이스라엘의 3대 군수 기업 IAI·엘빗·라파엘과 모두 거래. 엘빗과 AESA(능동위상배열) 레이더 시스템 개발 파트너십, 라파엘과 미사일 방어 시스템 개발 파트너십 체결. 자회사 한화디펜스는 엘빗과 협력해 육군 전차 AS-21 레드백을 개발해 호주에 수출.
LIG(범LG계 군수부문 담당): 정밀유도 무기, 전자전, 무인화 시스템 등의 부문에서 이스라엘의 첨단 군사 기술 수입∙적용. LIG가 인수한 미국 기업 하나는 팔레스타인 저항 전사를 탐지·사살하는 데에 사용되는 ‘로봇 군견’을 이스라엘에 판매.
삼성: 2007년 이스라엘 기업 트랜스칩을 인수해 이스라엘에 연구 법인(SRIL) 설립. 이스라엘군과 민간 기업 모두가 사용할 수 있는 ‘이중 용도 기술’을 개발하는 산학협력에 밀접하게 얽혀 있는 기업들 인수.
Cut ties with Genocide state of Israel!
The recent revelations by UN special repporteur Albanese have internationally exposed South Korea’s complicity in Israel’s genocide and occupation.
The report released recently by UN repporteur listed more than 60 companies “involved in supporting the war in Gaza and illegal settlements,” including South Korea’s HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and Doosan.
HD Hyundai has provided Israel with heavy equipment used to build illegal settlements in the West Bank for over a decade. Since October 2023, the same equipments have been used to destroy the Gaza Strip. Calls by human rights organizations to cut ties have been ignored.
Lesser known is the long history of South Korean government-corporate exchanges with Israel, where much of Israel’s so-called “advanced technology” has been and is being used to spy on, repress, and kill Palestinians. Through these deals and collaborations, Israel not only makes money from the sales, but also appears to be a ‘normal’ state that it is okay to trade with. Other universities, including Seoul National University, are also facing criticism from students for increasing academic cooperation with Israeli academic bodies.
All of you who oppose genocide, let’s raise our voices together to say that we must not hold Israel’s bloody hand!
South Korea is
the world’s second largest exporter of aircraft parts to Israel.

South Korea began introducing Israeli military technology into its armed forces in the 1990s. The supersonic T-50 and light fighter FA-50 are equipped with radars from Israeli military company Elta Systems. Israeli “field” data was used to improve the ROK’s main battle tank, the K-Series.
In addition, South Korea has continued and expanded exchanges at the governmental and local levels, including establishing the Korea-Israel Industrial Research and Development Foundation (KORIL-RDF) with the Israel Innovation Agency (2001), signing a free trade agreement (FTA) with Israel (2021), hosting the Korea-Israel Innovation Day (2024), inviting Israel to participate in the International Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition (2025), and meeting with the Israeli ambassador to Korea, including the mayor of Gwangju and the governor of Jeonbuk-do province.
Korean Aerospace Industries(KAI): Signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Elbit Systems, one of Israel’s three largest defense companies, in 2021 to work on next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles.
Hanwha: Deals with all three of Israel’s major defense companies, IAI, Elbit and Rafael. Partnered with Elbit to develop an AESA radar system and with Rafael to develop a missile defense system. Subsidiary Hanwha Defense developed and exported the AS-21 army tank to Australia in cooperation with Elbit.
LIG(pan-LG military division): Imports and applies Israel’s advanced military technology in areas such as precision-guided weapons, electronic warfare, and unmanned systems. A US company acquired by LIG sold robotic military dogs to Israel, which are used to detect and kill Palestinian resistance fighters.
Samsung: Acquired Israeli company Transchip in 2007 and established a research firm (SRIL) in Israel. Acquired companies closely involved in public-private partnerships that develop “dual-use technologies” that can be used by both the Israeli military and private companies.
