집회 후 행진

이스라엘은 휴전 협정을 계속 위반하면서 팔레스타인인들을 살해하고, 충분한 구호품 반입조차 가로막고 있습니다. 그래서 팔레스타인인들은 저항을 멈출 수 없습니다. 이들과의 연대도 계속돼야 합니다.

10월 초 이탈리아에서 팔레스타인 연대 총파업과 200만 명의 거리 행진이 벌어져 국제적 반향을 일으켰습니다.

11월 28일 다시, 이탈리아의 노동자들과 가자 구호를 위한 ‘자유 선단’ 등 연대 단체들은 이스라엘과의 관계 단절 등을 요구하면서 총파업을 벌이고, 다음날 대규모 시위를 준비하고 있습니다. 이에 발맞춰 프랑스, 그리스, 아르헨티나, 미국과 영국 등에서도 대규모 행동이 예정돼 있습니다.

팔레스타인의 현실을 알리는 데 앞장서 온 프란체스카 알바네제 유엔 특별보고관과 저명한 기후 활동가 그레타 툰베리도 이 시위 동참을 호소하고 있습니다.

‘팔레스타인인들과 연대하는 사람들’은 이러한 국제 행동의 일부로서 11월 29일 ‘국제 행동의 날’ 집회를 개최합니다.

한국 정부도 인종학살에 책임이 있습니다. 한국은 이스라엘에 전투기 부품을 계속 공급해 왔고, 최근에는 정부 주관 무기 박람회에 이스라엘 군수 기업들을 초청하는 등 협력을 이어가고 있습니다.

한국에서도 학살 중단을 위한 행동이 더 크게 벌어져야 합니다. 진정한 평화와 팔레스타인인들을 위한 정의를 이루기 위한 이번 국제 행동에 많은 분들이 참가해 주시기를 호소합니다.

March after protest

Israel continues to kill Palestinians and block the entry of sufficient humanitarian aid, violating ceasefire. Thus Palestinians cannot stop their resistance. And solidarity with them must continue.

A general strike for Palestine and a street march of 2 million people in Italy in early October sparked an international response.

Italian workers and solidarity groups, such as the ‘Freedom Flotilla Coalition’, are preparing for a general strike again on November 28 and large-scale protests the following day, demanding a severing of ties with Israel. Actions are also scheduled in France, Greece, Argentina, US, UK and other countries.

Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur who has led efforts to publicize the reality in Palestine, and Renowned climate activist Greta Thunberg have also pledged to join the demonstrations.

‘People in Solidarity with Palestinians’ will host the ‘Global Solidarity Day for Palestine’ rally in Seoul on November 29 as part of this global movement.

The South Korean government also bears responsibility for the genocide. South Korea has been supplying parts for fighter jets to Israel and continues its cooperation, such as by inviting Israeli corporations to government-sponsored arms expositions.

Action to stop the genocide must grow larger in Korea as well. We appeal for your participation in this global action to achieve true peace and justice for the Palestinian people.
