이스라엘은 가자 북부의 카말 아드완 병원을 습격해 직원과 환자 등 350여 명을 강제로 퇴거시킨 뒤 방화했습니다. 의료진을 포함해 50명 이상이 숨졌습니다. 이로써 가자 북부에 있는 마지막으로 남아 있던 주요 의료 시설이 끝내 멈추고야 말았습니다.
이스라엘군이 카말 아드완 병원을 포위하고서 모든 의료진 환자들에게 병원 앞으로 집결을 통제한 상황에서 병원에서 일하고 있는 한 의료진이 짤막한 음성을 전해왔습니다. 이스라엘군이 의료진을 반 나체로 줄지어 끌고 간 사진이 공개된 후 이 메시지를 남긴 분의 생사 여부는 아직까지 확인이 되지 않고 있습니다.
이 메시지는 네덜란드의 의료단체 가자를 위한 의사들의 활동가이자 최근 한국에서 가자의 현실을 알리는 강연을 하기도 했던 피르다우스 님을 통해서 전달받았습니다. 아래 영상은 공포의 순간에 직면해서 외부에게 진실을 알리려 한 카말 아드완 병원의 의료진 왈리드 알 부디 씨의 목소리를 12월 29일 ‘팔레스타인인들과 연대를! 66차 집회·행진’에서 함께 듣고, 한국어와 영어로 통역하는 장면을 담은 것입니다.
여러분 모두 반갑습니다. 우리는 지금 모두 병원 안에 있습니다. 그리고 병원 앞길로 모두 집결하라는 명령을 받았습니다.

Israel bombed and then sieged the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Northern Gaza and then forcibly removed 3 hundred fifty patients and medical staff from the hospital.
In the process, more than 50 people, including medical staff, were killed and so the the last remaining medical center in Gaza has stopped functioning.
At the moment the IDF surrounded the Kamal Adwan Hospital and ordered all the staff and patients to gather. At the front yard of the hospital a medical personnel made a recording of what was going on at the time which we received and after it was revealed that the Israeli forces then marched those medical personnel and patients half naked the whereabouts of that person who recorded the message remains unknown.
We received this message from an activist from the Netherlands doctors for Gaza who recently came to Korea to speak at a meeting. So let’s hear that message and which was recorded by the medical staff yeah let’s hear it.
Friends, we are evacuating the hospital and heading to its courtyard now. The army has entered the hospital.
